"File the claim for hail damage and they were very prompt in arranging for someone to come inspect my roof. The paperwork came through very quickly with what they were able to determine my loss would be. And they were very quick at issuing the first check in the process. So I am on my way to getting a new roof and these guys were great. Update - Second check came through very quickly also. It did take a while to get the roof done but not State Farm's fault. Once they receive the completion notice I think there will be one more check sent to me. That will be a great help here at Christmas time."

"Listen up. If you want to be caught out of the blue and reminded that you are valued as a customer, this is THE spot. I started doing business with this agency in early 2024. Almost two years later and I kid you not, when I received mail from Mark and the office I am just amazed. I mean they define a standard that does not exist. When it comes to simple things like holiday cards, thank you letters, etc they don't miss a beat. I should not have to mention how reliable they are when it comes to supplying docs for policy changes or when xyz coverage is added/changed/etc. If your reading reviews, that means your doing your research. real review, real person, real business.
